The advantages of the secondary hydraulic system are:

(1) The hydraulic press works smoothly, with little impact and vibration, and low noise, which is of great benefit to the health of workers, the foundation of the plant, the surrounding environment and the equipment itself;

(2) The hydraulic press uses the pressure of the working fluid to transfer energy, and can adjust and limit the pressure by adjusting various pressure control valves, and can reliably prevent overload, which is beneficial to protect the mold and equipment. The adjustable range of the moving speed of the movable beam is large, which can adapt to the different requirements of different technological processes on the working speed;

(3) Hydraulic press is easy to get larger total pressure and larger working space. This is the most prominent advantage of the hydraulic press; (4) The hydraulic press is easy to obtain a larger working stroke, which is convenient for pressing large-size workpieces, and can generate a rated large pressure at any position of the stroke, and can hold pressure for a long time.

The hydraulic system in the picture is: Our factory designed and produced a 500-ton hydraulic press for the Sino-Japanese joint venture "Shenyang Dongrong Machinery Manufacturing Plant" in 2013. The equipment has been running stably without any problems until now.
